  • Manage the commercial relationship and deliver the Awilix Local service.

Our processing relies on three legal bases:

  • Google Workspace (email, documents).
  • Notion (internal CRM and project management).
  • Stripe (billing and payment processing).
  • Calendly (demo bookings).
  • Web hosting and infrastructure providers for the website itself.
  • AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google) for content generation and analytics, operating under strict data protection agreements.

None of our processors are authorized to use your data for their own purposes.

6. International Transfers

Some of our processors are located outside the European Economic Area (notably in the United States). Transfers are protected through Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards adopted by the European Commission.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data for the following periods:

  • Active client data: for the duration of the service plus 3 years for legal record-keeping.
  • Prospect data (form fills, demo requests): up to 3 years from last contact, then deleted on request.
  • Website analytics: aggregated and anonymized after 14 months.
  • Billing data: 10 years per tax-law requirements.
